march 10th-16th

Monday the 10th we drove up to Two Harbors, in fact, I drove! 55 degrees in Duluth definitely calls for a day of outdoor adventures and ditching schoolwork. Life is too short to be stuck inside with books when the world calls for adventure. The ice was shifting off the lake and the colors were absolutely beautiful. We didn't stay for long, but we got ice cream after. Like I said.... 55 degrees.
Tuesday the 11th was rough. Oh my goodness. A rough day to be living in Duluth, a rough day to realize you have SO much to do in biology, and a rough day when your dog runs away and you break another something due to your fab driving skills. Good things that happened today include: possibly withdrawing from bio (the day isn't over yet), bathing the dog, and getting wedding inquiries.
Wednesday the 12th I babysat overnight and found lots of film cameras in my drawer... who even knew?
Thursday the 13th made breakfast for the kiddos and spent the day hanging out at home. Missional community every other Thursday night is always so much fun. I love that group of people.
Friday the 14 Shelby and Emma came over, we made dinner, and got froyo (thank you Jesus for bringing frozen yogurt to Duluth.) Spent the night laughing away. Love them.
Saturday the 15th the Duluth bestie is back in town and we wasted no time. UMD hockey game spent with our favorite adults. Love her.
Sunday the 16th I went to HAIRSPRAY at the playhouse with Liv, vita pizza, and caribou. Yummy food and good friends are the key to a happy heart. :) haha, but in all reality I was so thrilled to see Hairspray. It's my dream to see it on broadway so this was pretty dang close.
